Christmas S'more Bar

Spread s'more Christmas Cheer!
For our Family Christmas Party this year I made a s'more bar.
It is such a simple dessert that makes a great presentation, and it is easily duplicated!
We used our  portable fire pit to make the s'mores, and everyone enjoyed hanging around the campfire.
I used wooden skewers for roasting, and bought mini candy bars (Reese's, Hershey chocolates, and Hershey Cookies and Creme), marshmallows and graham crackers.
I found at Michael's a poster board "Chalk Board" for the sign ($3.00).
my own Chalk board for the "recipe" or ideas for s'mores

CVS Party for Little Girl who Loves CVS!

This Little girl was all over the news because her Obsession with CVS!
this is a great example of how you can make anything you love a "Theme" for a great party!
The celebration, complete with red and white decorations and a CVS-style cake, came together with the help of the 4-year-old's favorite place.  When CVS headquarters heard about Iris’ party, they sent tons of snacks, favors, and party supplies to celebrate

The manager of their local store also got involved by donating CVS-brand water bottles and using the store's sign to flash a "Happy Birthday" message to its biggest fan.

There were even prescription bottles filled with mints for the adults at the party and CVS goodie bags for younger guests

For More info and info on the amount of news coverage this family received for this unique party go to their blog:

Spicy Food is a must…

A Devil Cake, this is made from Wilton Skull Cake mold with red sugar crystals and the horns and eyes are made from a small package of black Fondant. Of course this is Devil's Food Cake!
This was made on my Silhouette Machine for my Husband! He loves this shirt!!!

The cocktail is a mixture of ginger ale, cranberry juice, vodka and tobacco . I looked everywhere for the small red hot peppers to garnish the drink, but I couldn't find them :(
